Aged during 24 months in oak barrels, this wine is a blend of syrah and a 65 years old grenache. Intense dark red, peppered nose this wine is well balanced and has a potential of 10 years of aging.

Amaltheus comes from the name of an ammonite from the Jurassique period. Amalthée was Zeus' s nurse.
